Conversations with lawyers are privileged and confidential. Conversations with the AI are protected for privacy, but not attorney-client privileged.
The AI is optimized for U.S. business law, since that’s where our lawyers are licensed. It can apply foreign law but is supported by US lawyers only.
Our AI is the most accurate legal AI available, but should always be reviewed by lawyers. Documents reviewed and finalized by our lawyers are guaranteed to have the same quality as a top law firm. AI-only drafts are satisfaction-guaranteed and can be refunded within 24 hours.

We partner with a network of 2,000+ attorneys across all 50 states. For needs like litigation, patent law, securities, immigration, or family law, we can refer you to the right specialist—often at discounted rates or on contingency.
When you choose lawyer finalization, your AI-draft is sent directly to a lawyer who: (1) Reviews and edits it (2) Discusses any key issues with you (3) Returns a finalized, signature-ready version within 2 days. You’ll sign a standard retainer and conflict check, just like any law firm engagement.
Not directly. We will refer you to a vetted litigation firm with negotiated rates and help set the handoff up smoothly.
From the moment you submit a request to speak with an attorney, a member of the Inhouse legal team will generally be in touch within a business day to gather more information and schedule a chat. From the moment you submit the request to speak with an attorney, your first live conversation should be within ~3 business days of your request depending on mutual availability. If you have an urgent matter that requires a same day conversation, you can contact support@inhouse.ai to request an expedited conversation. Inhouse tries to accommodate all urgent requests. If an Inhouse attorney is not able to chat with you by your deadline, you can request a refund. If you don't speak to a member of the Inhouse legal team within three business days following your request, please reach out to support@inhouse.ai. On rare occasions Inhouse follow up emails from the legal team hit a spam filter and you may not be seeing the teams attempts to schedule a call with you.
